The project is being developed by Seagate Shipyard and El Bahrawy Group looking to revolutionize the tourism sector that features a central floating hotel, with six eco-friendly glass boat houses connected called Neptune. They will have self-sterilizing air filtration systems and automated technology to operate the entire house and is powered by solar energy.

Described as a mix of yacht and home, the Neptune floating villas will be spread over two floors, with a balcony, rooftop entertaining area and private swimming pool. Inside, there are four bedrooms, six bathrooms, a kitchen, living room and crew quarters. The interiors have been designed by 4SPACE, and furnished by luxury car brand Aston Martin.
